Do you negotiate Bill in my area?

We tend to negotiate bills in the United States in all 50 states! We’ve worked with providers across the country from Hawaii to Alaska to Maine, in ever major city and we’re always happy to help our customers. Generally, the whole U.S. is our service area. We’re also sometimes able to help with Canadian bills.

How much discount can I get?

When we negotiate a discount on your bill, we guarantee every penny of that discount for up to the first 24 months that it’s supposed to last. If the discount isn’t on your bill, or if it’s not the right size, we will be happy to make as many calls to your provider as necessary to make it right, or we’ll adjust our invoicing to ensure that you’re never charged more than 50% of the actual savings you receive as a result of our work.

Why do my bill go up?

If you are receiving monthly invoices from Direct Tecnnical, Inc, you can easily save your payment details so that you are automatically billed each time you are invoiced. Your credit card information can be used to pay the Invoice and be securely stored for future Auto-Billing transactions on this Invoice.

From time to time, your saved credit card may get declined due to either incorrectly entered credit card details or outdated/incomplete credit card details.

What about cancellation?

If you discover that you have an early termination fee, please reach out to us and we will be happy to negotiate a reduction to your early termination fee — while we’re at it, we will close your account for you. For this service, we charge 25% of the reduction we negotiate to your ETF.
